The cost of participating in HSSSE 2009-2010 includes both a participation/user fee and a per-student fee.

I. Participation/User Fee

Upon registration, each school pays a nonrefundable participation/user fee of $200.

II. Survey Fee

Each school also pays a per-student survey fee of $2.00 per student.

The fees cover all survey materials, shipment of materials to your school, shipment of completed surveys back to our office, scanning of completed surveys, and production and shipment of school data reports with survey results.
